“My husband and I were incredibly blessed and fortunate to have connected with Kris in the middle of our pregnancy journey. This was our second pregnancy so we were able to navigate the pregnancy at the beginning but wanted to seek out a doula to assist, especially being that extra advocate and voice during our labor and delivery. From our initial consultation, it was very evident that she was the perfect match for us. Her attentiveness, knowledge and genuine care made us feel at ease, knowing we had a dedicated advocate by our side.

Throughout the entire process, Kris went above and beyond to ensure we had the support we needed. She was not only present at each of my doctor’s appointments but took the time to truly understand what was going on, providing us with valuable insights and guidance. Her knowledge of the birthing process and postpartum care was a true blessing. When it came to the birth day, her support was unwavering. She was there through the full labor and delivery, making sure I was comfortable and making sure that the room (meaning my husband, mom, and hospital staff) were all on the same page with my needs. Her ability to set up my room to ensure I felt at ease was a true testament to her commitment to her clients. She provided invaluable techniques to help me cope with contractions, and her presence was a calming influence during what can be an intense and emotional time. Perhaps one of the most admirable qualities of Kris, was her role as an advocate. She was present with us (physically, mentally, and emotionally) from the very beginning of contracting her, ensuring our voices were heard and our preferences respected. Her unwavering support made us feel empowered and in control of our birthing experience.

Even after the birth, Kris didn't stop caring. She continued to provide postpartum care and even prepared meals for our family that were healthy, nutritious, and flavorful.  Her dedication extended far beyond the labor room, making us feel truly supported during those critical postpartum days. We can't express our gratitude enough for the amazing support and care that Kris provided throughout this journey. Her compassion, knowledge, and unwavering presence were invaluable, and we are forever thankful for her role in making our birthing experience as positive as it was.”
